Starting a new limited company can be daunting but at Harmonea we guide you through the process having first established that this is indeed the right thing to do. Although there is no requirement to have a Company Secretary under the current Company’s Act but someone has to the job of the Company Secretary. Harmonea are able to offer this service at a small fee per year and to act as Registered Office if required.
