Alison is an experienced accountant able to explain things to clients in ways that they understand. Alison understands the importance of providing clients with management reports that they can understand and goes that extra mile to ensure clients understand what is going on in their business. Alison qualified as a FMAAT in August 2004.


Practice Manager

Hi, my name is Cathy and I have worked at Harmonea Ltd since July 2010. I am the Practice Manager and one of my main responsibilities is to make sure Company and Personal Tax returns are submitted on time and that our clients don’t receive fines for late payments.


Senior Bookkeeper and Software Specialist

My name is Michael and I am an experienced bookkeeper and software specialist at Harmonea. I joined the team in September 2013. I do a wide range of work from sending e-mails to clients all the way to do the book-keeping and preparing working papers for the accounts. I also have clients that I do all of the invoicing, BACS runs for their debtors and creditors as well as their standard book-keeping. I am the software specialist at Harmonea helping clients to make the best out of their bookkeeping program.


Payroll Manager and Qualified Book-keeper

I joined the team in September 2014. My job involves book-keeping and I am also the payroll manager. I enjoy what I do and like the variety of my work. I enjoy working with clients who need help in ordering their book-keeping.


Trainee accountant

Joining the team in September 2019, Grace is on her AAT journey. Specialising in Xero, Grace also has experience in Quickbooks. Grace's role involves bookkeeping for clients as well as being the account manager for all her clients'. She aims to provide a client centred approach and looks to work with clients to overcome any difficulties with their bookkeeping.

Qualified Bookkeeper and Team Leader

My name is Ali and I am a qualified bookkeeper and the team leader at Harmonea. I changed career from the travel industry and am really enjoying my new challenge. My enjoyment of getting into the finer details and problem solving is proving useful as a bookkeeper! My role includes day to day bookkeeping, preparing reports, VAT returns and year end accounts preparation, so I am learning a wide range of skills as well as managing the team and workload.


Apprentice Accountant

I joined the team in September 2021 and an am Apprentice Accountant. I work with a variety of clients in a bookkeeping capacity but also work on the accounts production and tax returns for all clients.


Qualified Bookkeeper

I joined Harmonea in June 2022 as a trainee bookkeeper. Since joining the team, I'm now an AAT Qualified Bookkeeper - AATQB. My background is in business support and office management and I bring over 20 years of business experience to my role as a bookkeeper. I enjoy working with a number of different clients and helping with their bookkeeping needs. I am part time working Tuesday to Friday on a term time contract.


Payroll Clerk and Bookkeeper

I joined Harmonea in January 2023 and have a small portfolio of clients for whom I do bookkeeping in addition to my payroll duties. I work Wednesday to Friday from 8am to 4pm and love working with my clients.
