I’ve thrown Harmonea a few curveballs over the years, but they’ve always dealt with them superbly, simply because they understand my business so well.  I used to do my own tax return in the past, but I’m happy to pay Harmonea now because they do it well and save me money in the process.  I switched over to an online accounting package a couple of years ago, and Jennie was great in helping me to transfer.  I gave her my login details, so she was able to go into the package, double-check everything, and reassure me that I’d done everything right.
